Roni Braun knew her business very well. She always kept me in the price range I needed to be in. Miss Braun guided me in the different phone calls I needed to make to get items taken care of. Items like termite letter etc. Immediately, let me know when we had an offer. Miss Braun, when I was uncertain on different issues, made special trips to my home to calm my nerves. I have worked with other agents, and Miss Braun is the only agent that covers every little detail. I would never use anyone else.

Jenni worked hard to sell our property. We had several offers and had them fall through, one the day before closing. She remarketed the house and we had another offer within a day. She followed up constantly to ensure that the sale went through. Had to meet inspectors at the house numerous times since we had requested that the lock box be removed for security issues with us being out of state.

Jenni's performance was excellent as she had to deal with a difficult agent from the previous buyers. She remained professional as she tried to resolve the lack of communication and response from their agent and them. We saw no issues from the final buyer's agent. We appreciate her perseverance at getting us to close as quickly as possible while getting us the best offer.

We knew she had been in the business for years and understand us and our priorities.

Jenni kept us update on all activity at the house. We discussed the multiple offers and she worked diligently to make sure we had all of our documentation signed and delivered to Title company. She also meet all of the inspectors since we were out of state to make sure they were completed.

Roni was very concerned with our thoughts as to how the property was be advertised/sold and very responsive to working with both parties to make the sale.

She updated us with photos and was always available if we needed to ask questions. Roni had our backs the whole way.
